“USER” is an able-bodied person who has agreed to these General Terms and Conditions in connection with the application and purchase of the goods offered in the electronic store.

“ORDER” is the request made by the User to the electronic store for the purchase of one or more specific goods (items). The order is packed and sent by courier to the address previously specified in the order by the User.
“SALES CONTRACT” – a contract under which the trader transfers or undertakes to transfer the ownership of goods to the consumer and the consumer pays or undertakes to pay the price for them, including contracts having as their object both goods and services.
“COURIER” is a trader who physically delivers the purchased goods to the address specified by the User and works under the requirements of the Postal Services Act.

- ORDER
3.1. To place an order to th online store, the User must specify:

3.7. An order can be canceled by phone. For the refusal to be valid, the User must provide: the number of the order, the telephone number left in the order, the two names with which he is registered on the site, the email address (e-mail) with which he is registered on the site, the price of the order.
- DELIVERY
4.1. After an order from a User is received at https://theritzcoffee.com/, the automated system of the electronic store notifies the User by email about the successfully accepted order.
4.2. Delivery will be made only on successfully accepted orders.
4.3. Delivery is not carried out on Sundays and official holidays.
4.3.1. Ordinary delivery – within 4 (four) working days from the moment of confirmation of the order.
4.4. The seller uses the courier company “Econt” for deliveries, and the usual delivery hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m
4.5. The delivery will be made to the address exactly specified by the User (regardless of whether residential or business) or to the office of “Ekcont” in the relevant city.
4.6. If the User does not provide access and conditions for delivery of the goods to the specified address within the specified time or does not go to the specified office of “Econt” to receive the goods in time, if he has chosen this option, the Seller is released from the obligation to fulfill the requested delivery.
4.7. The cost of delivery is at the expense of the User.
- PAYMENT
5.1. The payment could be happen as follow:

5.2. For each ordered product, the user must pay the price that is announced in the electronic store at the time of the order. The price of each commodity can change dynamically.
- WITHDRAWAL AND REPLACEMENT
6.1. The user has the right to advertise or return goods purchased from the online store within 14 days of receiving the goods.
6.2. The contract can also be canceled upon delivery of the goods, if the goods are delivered after the deadline for reasons beyond the User’s control and not due to force majeure.
6.3. In case of cancellation of the contract, the User is obliged to return the purchased goods in an undamaged commercial form and with a preserved label.
6.4. In case of cancellation of the contract, if the User has paid for the goods, the amount paid for the returned goods will be refunded to the bank account indicated by him within 15 /fifteen/ days after the return of the goods. Amounts are not refunded until the User returns the goods. If the goods are not returned within the period under item 6.1, the withdrawal from the contract has no effect.
6.5. A complaint can be made when the purchased goods do not correspond to what was agreed between the parties to the sales contract. The discrepancy in what was agreed between the parties can be expressed in:
manufacturing defects of the goods;
detected missing parts of the goods;
the wrong product, different from the one ordered, was sent;
damage to the goods during transportation.
6.6. The complaint can be submitted to “TB ELITGRUP” EOOD on the indicated telephone number +359 899 966 782, and at the same time the User must return the goods within 14 days.
6.8. In the event of a complaint, the User may choose to exchange the specific item for the same item without defects or in a different size, or return the item for a refund of the amount paid. An e-store consultant may offer to replace the item with a completely different item when the prices are equalized – either the User pays extra if the other item is more expensive, or two items are offered for the same price, or the User is refunded the difference between the replacements and the new item if the price of the new item is lower than the price paid by the User.
6.9. The return of the goods in the event of a complaint, in cases other than a factory defect or damage during transport, is carried out under the following conditions:
Retained good commercial appearance.
No damage caused by improper use.
Original packaging and label preserved.
6.10. The return of goods, either in case of cancellation of the contract or in case of a complaint, can be made in the manner and at the address indicated on the goods receipt with which the User received the order.
6.11. In case of exchange of goods, the transport costs are at the expense of the User in both directions, unless the exchange was necessary due to the fault of the online store. In the event that the customer wishes to exchange or return a product, this can be done with the Econt courier company.
