„Our alliance is a private venture aimed to strengthen and support area coffee production. We are also focused on the long term sustainability of our coffee production, and the well being of the coffee growers, workers and their families. We strive to generate commercial opportunities for the coffee produced by our growers, many of them medium-size and small growers that depend entirely on the coffee production for their livelihood. We work to provide support in the form of technical assistance. We help growers improve the quality of their coffee, and train them in commercial skills so that they are focused on the importance of producing excellent quality coffee and thereby getting better returns for themselves. We are firmly convinced that we live and work in one of the best zones in the world to produce specialty coffee. Through our alliance, we promote our coffee among those in the specialty coffee industry worldwide.“

TOASTED BREAD, ROSEMARY, CHAMPAGNE The Ninety Plus Gesha Estates were designed with inspiration drawn from coffee growing wild in its natural habitat in Ethiopia. The Gesha variety, along with all heirloom coffee varieties, comes from the understory of wild forests in Ethiopia. These heirloom varieties of coffee live very long lives - up to 100 years or more - and produce relatively small amounts of intensely aromatic coffee. With its first significant production in 2014, coffee from Ninety Plus Gesha Estates was used to win the first of 5 World Brewers Cup Championships in 6 years year to date (2020). DRIED APRICOT, RED APPLE, CLOVE Drima Zede was first developed by Ninety Plus in Ethiopia in 2013. The ambition was to successfully improve the flavor of common coffee varieties through deeper fermentation. This processing formula is now applied to the Caturra variety in Panama to create a rich and voluptuous cup, reminiscent of great Shiraz wine. MILK CHOCOLATE, FRUITY ACIDITY, WINEY CHARACTER, VERY SMOOTH AND BALANCED Due to the high elevation, these beans grow slower than usual and develop a higher density, building a very hard core. This is fostered through intense sun exposure during the day, while cold and moist winds cool down the area at night. Along with higher density comes a complex abundance of citric and fruitful aromas that let coffee from Huehuetenango rank as one of the best gourmet coffees in the world. CITRIC, SMOOTH, MILK CHOCOLATE, ALMOND This beautiful Caribbean island has a 300-year-old coffee heritage. Coffee was introduced in 1715 and grown mainly by small-holder farmers mainly in the mountain ranges of Cibao, Bani, Azua, Ocoa, Barahona, and Juncalito. The general altitude for growing coffee ranges from 600 to 1,450 meters above sea level. During the last decades, the number of coffee farmers has decreased substantially, but coffee production remained stable as modern agriculture increased productivity.
