Mexico is the origin of many organic grown coffees. They are very good coffees certified by different independant agencies. Chiapas is located in south Mexico, borders on Guatemala and it is leading region among the rest in the country for growing coffee. Most of the land belongs and is cultivated by the indigenous people.
